Extended Hours

For pre-booked appointments only – Health Care Assistant appointments are available on a Monday and Tuesday evening, 18:30 – 20:00 and every morning between 07:30 – 08:00.

Women’s Health appointments are available Monday and Tuesday evenings 18:30 – 20:00.

For urgent problems and emergencies that occur in the evening, at weekends and over bank holidays, please telephone the out of hours service 111.

Subject Access Requests/Access to Medical Information

For all queries relating to Subject Access Requests or Access to Medical Information, please contact us via email between the following times:

• Monday between 14:00-17:00
• Tuesday between 08:00-14:00
• Friday between 14:00-17:00

If you do not have the practice email address, please Ask the Receptionist for it.

Emergencies

In a genuine emergency you should call 999 and ask for an ambulance.
Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute as an emergency.
